we were placed a tiny disgusting dirty room dirty toilet paper and dirty towels with the worst weird noises coming from machines or something outside our windows. after multiple attempts at getting a better room and complaints without any response from the rudest front desk employees, the manager (the only helpful one) finally changed our room into apparently something that’s better and bigger. many thanks to her. room was decorated nicely and more spacious for the 2nd room we were placed in but still you are paying so much money for low quality service and treatment. not coming back here again. room service was slow and cleaning rooms were always very late. we leave in the morning at around 9 but still come back at 2:30-3 with uncleaned rooms. amazing hotel location but needs improvement with overall service. you can totally find a better hotel with the same price you’re paying.

Nice hotel in Mayfair, however the service lacked ever so slightly. I needed a freezer for some ice packs for my insulin which they refused to let me freeze 2 little ice packs over night which I thought was very unhelpful. The wait staff in the restaurant were very slow and made alot of mistakes, HOWEVER! The chef in the restaurant is a genius, amazing delicious food, wide choice of menu, very well presented too! The restaurant here definitely needs more hype it's A* food for sure! I was worried when we entered as it was seriously empty, but like I said, the food was out of this world. It was my birthday and they very kindly presented me with a lil cake with a candle and a lovely hotel goody bag which I wasn't expecting. U know its Mayfair so should expect expensive pricing, but we ordered a glass of milk for one of the kids, which came in a tea cup.....then was charged £16 for it, when we complained about this they said they would take it off the bill but they only reduced it to £8... I gave up at that point. Overall a very pleasant meal experience, shame about my insulin ice needs, but would definitely visit again. Good clean rooms well equipped too. Staff on the door very attentive.

However, the overall service fell below expectations, and the breakfast experience left room for improvement. Given these factors, the price of the hotel may be considered expensive. Guests should weigh these aspects carefully when making their accommodation choices.
